One Outcome: You Can Handle a Real Remote Admin Job.
Every founder, entrepreneur, and small business owner running things remotely needs someone who can manage their inbox, their calendar, and their admin without needing to be told twice. That's the Virtual Assistant role - one of the most in-demand entry points into remote work, and one of the most achievable if you're organized and willing to learn the tools. This is the Academy's entry-level path: four focused classes, real client-style tasks, and a portfolio piece you actually built yourself.
Who This Is For
No prior VA or admin experience required. This suits recent graduates, NYSC members, career-changers, and anyone who's naturally organized but has never had a real client or employer to prove it to. If you're detail-oriented and comfortable learning new tools quickly, this is a strong starting point into remote work.
What You'll Be Able to Do When You're Done
Manage an inbox and calendar the way a remote client actually expects
Schedule and coordinate appointments across time zones
Conduct organized internet research and turn it into a usable document
Handle basic data entry and spreadsheet work confidently
Communicate professionally with a client who isn't in the room with you
Speak knowledgeably about Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools in an interview, because you've used them on a real task
The 4 Classes
Class 1 - The Virtual Assistant Profession
What VAs actually do day to day, the different types of VA roles, client expectations, and what remote professionalism looks like in practice.
Practical: you're handed a fictional client's task list and have to organize it.
Class 2 - Administrative Operations
Email management, calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, file organization, and documentation.
Practical: manage a simulated executive's inbox and calendar from scratch.
Class 3 - Research, Documents & Productivity
Internet research done properly, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office fundamentals, and turning raw information into a clean, usable document.
Practical: complete a real-world research assignment start to finish.
Class 4 - VA Capstone
You're given a simulated client and have to organize their tasks, manage their calendar, draft their emails, research what they need, and submit a complete, professional deliverable - the exact combination of skills a real client would expect on day one.
What You Leave With
A "Virtual Assistant Client Simulation" portfolio piece - real research, real administrative documents, a calendar-management sample, and email drafts you produced yourself - plus everything every Academy participant gets: your ebook, the Remote Work Blueprint, a CV review, and a certificate.
