Our Story
Mbuli Talent Co. started in 2022 as a one-person HR consultancy based in Anambra States, Southeast Nigeria. Today, we've grown into a 10-person core team, backed by a wider network of partner professionals and businesses that lets us deliver the right solution rather than force every client into the same mold. We're registered with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission as Mbuli Consultancy Services, trading as Mbuli Talent Co. - and we now support businesses and individuals across Nigeria, the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We help companies hire better, train smarter, and build HR systems that actually hold up under pressure - and we help individuals build the skills, CVs, and portfolios they need to compete for opportunities that are actually worth having.

Meet The Founder
Mbuli Talent Co. is led by Onyekachi Nwachukwu as the Founder & Managing Consultant, an HR professional with over 10 of progressive experience, including 6+ years focused specifically on HR practice spanning learning & development, talent acquisition, workforce development, and HR leadership in leading companies in Nigeria.
He has led HR for a workforce of over 300 employees - not just managing the function, but transforming it, moving HR from an administrative afterthought into a strategic part of how the business is run, building policies that actually work and finding new ways to manage people that produced real results.
He is a licensed HR practitioner, holding the Human Resources Practitioner's License (HRPL) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers of Nigeria (CIPM) and holds the ACIPM certification as an associate member of the Institute. He also holds the Chartered Human Resources Business Partner designation (HRBP) from the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), and is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and a member of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA).
He studied Civil Engineering (B.Eng.) at The Federal University of Technology, Owerri, before pivoting into people management in 2018 - and hasn't looked back since. He's grounded in modern, practical HR methods, and passionate about one core idea: that people, managed well, are the single biggest lever a business has to grow, change direction, and outperform its competition.
